Absolutely outstanding service and fantastic food. 10/10 would recommend Absolutely everything. We got the shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque, filet mignon (cooked rare), my friend got their salmon and mac and cheese (forgot to get photos) but both were delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Really pleasant lunch by the window with really delicious food. In a way a throwback to a time when business lunches were more of a thing. Refreshing to see a smaller menu of greatest hits than other restaurants which try to impress with tricky ingredients and prep. Everything we ordered from the steak salad to tuna was yummy. Outstanding lobster bisque. Friendly and welcoming hostess. Definitely one of the highlights of our DC trip!

The Palm is one of my most favorite restaurants in Washington, DC. The service is impeccable. The jumbo shrimp cocktail is one of the most enjoyable appetizers. While I go for the steaks, the also do a mean chicken parm. Drinks are strong (which I appreciate). The donuts are a delicious dessert. The food is great, service is amazing, and as an added bonus you typically see one or more famous (or infamous) guest each visit. Highly recommend!

Service was fantastic, they were always there to refill your drinks and were quick with any requests. We didn't order a ton, but the Steak was delicious and so was the meatball app. Chicken parm definitely was not good, sauce was okay but the chicken was insanely thin, breading fell right off with the overabundance of sauce, just wasn't good. Overall we had a good time.

We drove to DC to visit the air and space museum for my 62nd birthday spending Saturday night in Georgetown. We had dinner reservations at The Palm. The waiter must have been in the weeds from the moment we sat in his section as he walked up without menus and did not even introduced himself. He did ask for drink orders. We received the bar drinks before he had to go grab the wine list and dinner menus. Note - if you order an old fashion make sure to tell the waiter to use a single cube ice versus bar ice from a well and don’t use an orange slice but rather an orange peel. As we sat there the waiter walked by our table no less than 10 times helping other tables and not checking in. Once we started our app salad and actual entree order we asked him to space everything out. He abruptly said let me go put in the calamari. We did not see him back at our table until the he delivered the calamari simply setting it on the table and walking away. I was already on the phone with Carmines to see if they had room for 3. We were ready to put all of our food in and have him do his job spacing the dinner. At least come back to the table after putting the app in and take the rest of what would have been a $400 ticket. We left because I had a bad feeling about the rest of the experience. Totally disappointed in The Palm DC. Side note - Carmines was awesome!
