I just ordered this from Door Dash. You charged me $25 for a weak bowl with small chicken bits I would feed to my dog. Save your canned response owner, fix it! Everyone is strapped for cash and when we try to patronize local businesses, this is what we get. No compassion and no accountability. It taking everything in me not to ask for a total refund of my hard earned money! You’d be better off getting a salad from McDonalds.

Was a regular here up until this point. Last night, I ordered my usual (well they were out of tofu so I just got veggies) and once I cleaned the bowl, I found a lady bug at the bottom. This was my favorite location because they always appeared super clean with impeccable service but this makes me believe they are not washing their greens thoroughly 🤢

As much as I love sweet green the staff here are always a nightmare. Orders are always late and staff is super dismissive. Multiple times I’ve picked up orders with the lids not even attached.

I have ordered twice from this location, and both times they have messed up the orders. The first time I had mold on my food, and they did not give napkins or a fork. HOW DO YOU EAT WITH A FORK? Its common sense! There is no one checking if the orders are correct when ordering online, its obvious. I had order two items for me and my staff, and my order was not there, and guess again no forks or napkins. This is a waste for those that have to take lunch, and waiting for a mistake that the store did. The manager needs to wake up, and start checking their staff because its obvious they are not checking. If there is a corporate office, they need to come to this location and really do their due diligence.
