One of the best espresso martinis in dc and the house Cabernet is equal to most other restaurants top option by the glass. The prosciutto and mozzarella app was great, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the pasta I got. My friend’s spaghetti was the big winner. Mine was good, just not filling. If I wasn’t super hungry it would have been perfect. Definitely a go to if you’re looking for good Italian food and cocktails. Our server was incredible too. Perfect service.

I recently had dinner at Tosca in D.C. with a friend who was visiting and I’m glad I picked this restaurant to dine in. The ambience, the staff and the food were bellissimo. We ordered the spaghetti and a drink followed by dessert and coffee. Everything was on point. I absolutely loved the espresso martini served here! I definitely will be coming back!! Grazie!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Our waiter Brian and John (one of the managers) were super friendly, professionals and amazing people.
The food was "EXQUISITE", Bravo 👏🏼 to the chef!
The restaurant is very well decorated and cozy.
We enjoyed that much our first time here that is now one of our favorite restaurants in DC.
We'll be back!

I highly regret picking this restaurant for a business dinner.
Service was very poor overall. The waitress (Julia) didn’t follow up on us and had to call her for everything while the restaurant wasn’t as busy.
The servers that brought the food to the table couldn’t look unhappier. Both of them randomly dropped the plates on the table with no introduction which truly looked rude considering the type of restaurant.
The food wasn’t anything special as oppose to what expected from reviews. The portions are French style (on the smaller side) so if you are hungry be ready to spend a lot.
The check was ridiculously expensive for the food and bad service we got. This isn’t an authentic Italian restaurant and the service is very bad. Not recommended.
