Not bad, but a bit too sweet for my taste. The flavors seemed kind of artificial. I got the chocolate, mango, and purple star born. I actually liked the purple star born the most. On the bright side, they're open late and let you sample flavors.

Of all the ice cream places I've been, I think this is the best I've had, at least in North America. That's all I can say. Service is good although there was a line and I assume there is always a line. Place was a fun atmosphere, perfect for ice cream. There is seating up stairs but we did not take advantage of it.

Magi was so nice(it was the second time she helped us!), giving us recommendations with a warm smile :)
Definitely recommend this place!
(Tip: get the 'FLIGHT' and try all of the flavors!)

Firstly, this place is incredibly charming. After experiencing disappointing service at a different location from a separate establishment/franchise, coming here was a fantastic choice. The store's ambiance is adorable, and I found myself being of my generation taking pictures/reels before even ordering. When I approached the counter, I was pleasantly surprised by the patience and kindness of the person serving me. They weren't condescending or rushed, which was a refreshing change. Despite not being busy, I & many I’m sure have encountered instances where customer service makes you feel like a burden.
This interaction was not that.
The person (had a different bandanna than everyone else), and they helped me navigate my indecision by 1) being friendly 2) suggesting I try the flavors I was torn between (instead of getting annoyed or rushing me). Thanks to their service, I created a perfect ice cream combination that I thoroughly, thoroughlyyyyyyyyyyy enjoyed!
Thanks so much! Can’t wait to go back!

Imagine being out of work, getting your first check at your new job and finally being able to take your son to enjoy his favorite ice cream spot, only to leave with the sourest taste in your mouth due to poor service and low quality product! We came in to check out the newest flavors at Jeni’s and loved all of them. I got my son a small cone and myself a waffle bowl. However, I noticed my bowl was relatively darker/ burnt than the other bowls. I asked the guy assisting us if the bowl was burnt he replied. “Well there’s only 2 left” I said “ok but my bowl looks burnt” he then replied “either you get the burnt bowl or no bowl at all” when I asked him to repeat himself he said never mind. Instead of embarrassing myself and my son, in front of a crowded establishment. I chose to just take the bowl and leave. $16 for what exactly a bowl I can’t even enjoy because it’s burnt and my taste for the ice cream down the drain. Thanks Jeni’s on 14th for ruining a Sunday Funday that I haven’t been able to enjoy in a while. P.s I will never visit this location ever again I’ll stick to the 8th street location if I decide to return.
