Had a wonderful dinner experience a few months back with two coworkers. Let me start by saying the service was impeccable! I felt well taken care of. Now the food... soooooo delicious!!! I highly recommend this place! Very unique and it's in a great part of DC

I had high hopes for this place after reading all of the reviews. We arrived early and had the idea of having cocktails at the bar, at which point we were directed into the basement where we walked through the kitchen to a dingy dive bar space. The cocktails were fine. I hadn't given up hope yet. Our dinner was average at best. The appetizers were fine, except for the Caesar salad which made me red line. I don't know where on Earth they thought that recipe came from, but putting boiled eggs in a caesar salad is criminal. It tasted like nothing more than mayonnaise and Parmesan with a boiled egg on top. It was the most offensive Caesar salad I've ever had in my life. The gnocchi with the lamb ragu was decent but the scallop risotto was oily and heavy. We barely ate our entrees. The service was fine until the end where it got a little bit slow. I would skip this....not impressed at all.

Everything is always amazing here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is so good. I’ve been 3 times now. It’s a favorite to celebrate a special occasion. The pesto and bread are always a great way to start the meal and I’ve liked all the pasta dishes I’ve tried.

Absolutely incredible experience!! Last June we had an amazing bottomless brunch for our party of 25 people and this year we were able to recreate this experience! Juan was our server both years and he has been so patient, attentive, and flexible. It's always hard to handle big parties, but especially the day of DC Pride, and he was nothing but perfect. The mimosas were refilled constantly, the food came out quickly and hot, and our every need was fulfilled. Always highly recommend Floriana for their impeccable food, but if you have a chance to served by Juan, you are in for the REAL TREAT. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!

we absolutely loved this place! It was magical. We dined outside. The charcuterie board was delicious, and the pesto with bread was amazing!! The very best thing though, was our server. He was so friendly and attentive. He really seemed to enjoy what he was doing. When I mentioned how much I loved the pesto, he proudly told us he made it himself!! When we went back the very next night, he remembered us and appeared genuinely happy that we were once again seated in his section. He asked us if we wanted the bread and pesto, to which we of course said yes!! You wont' be disappointed.
