I was in DC for a work trip and decided to treat myself to a relaxing dinner experience at this restaurant. Opting for the traditional menu, I enjoyed 6-8 courses while noting my shellfish allergy. The food was truly exceptional. Each course surpassed the last, making the splurge well worth it. I regret not choosing the chef experience option, but my favorite dish was undoubtedly the dessert cheese platter, which was sinfully delicious. In addition to the outstanding food, the service was top-notch. The wine director provided an excellent wine experience, offering tastings of wines I wouldn't typically try. Each selection perfectly matched my preferences and descriptions. Although I ordered three wines, I wish I had opted for the wine tasting instead. I highly recommend this restaurant. Dining solo was a perfect experience, as the staff was engaging and made sure I felt completely at ease. If you're in town, this restaurant is a must-visit.

They are very accommodating. We told them we are pescatarian and gluten sensitive. We ordered the five course traditional tasting meal. Every dish tastes wonderful, particularly the gnocchi and the sea bream. Service is awesome. Waitor makes good recommendations. The hazelnut gelato dessert is a must have. Just make sure you are hungry. We were so full and satisfied by the end of the meal.

My favourite dining experience in America so far. Eclipsing any New York or LA restaurant. The experience and story from start to finish was exceptional. This is the first time we have experienced London or Paris level service in the US. Loved the decor and team uniforms, the food and drink presentation was 2 star Michelin in our opinion. Our highlights were the Aperitivo counter snacks, the insanely long and thin bread sticks, the tuna dish was outstanding. Our lamb was delicious and the “cheese” course clearly a signature dish. Our only critique is the desserts are overkill, just a bit too much and our strawberry panna cotta were overdone, firm and a little eggy. However overall the wine pairings, dishes and service were all on point, a fresh and lively experience. All very well considered. Thank you! We cant wait to go back.

An incredible experience with delicious food, perfect wine to match, and a great experience. We did the tasting menus across almost 3.5 hours. It was delicious. My wife was gluten free yet every single one of her dishes was customized and delicious, even their homemade bread. It’s not cheap but it’s very worth it for the experience and quality of service. Without doubt the nicest meal I have had in the US.

I have no words to describe the level of satisfaction from my incredible visit at Fiola. What I do know, is that I would absolutely visit once a week if I could. Each course of their tasting menu was incredibly manicured, beautiful, and most importantly...delicious. Under no circumstances come into Fiola expecting your traditional "Olive Garden" experience as you will be sorely disappointed. Each and every bite was like listening to your favorite symphony, observing each brush stroke of your favorite painting, or staring deep into the night sky and counting the stars. As I told some of the incredible staff that curated the journey for me, Fiola is not worthy of their single Michelin star -- they are worthy of all three.
