Great restaurant to have a tasty rib eye or prime dry aged bone-on New York Strip. Both tasted amazing! Burger was also too good!! Staff are very helpful and make the night special. Lamar is a star! This guy loves his job and his smile makes the place light up!!! Highly recommend this place & gonna tell all my Aussie Mates to eat here when they come to DC for sure!

If I could add another star, I would for everything. We decided a good steak would be nice and this place was a short walk from the Capitol Hill Hilton. We arrived during happy hour. How convenient. I had a delicious and refreshing old fashioned while boyfriend had Bombay gin and tonic. Appetizers, lobster corn dogs (yum) and steak skewers (yum again). Our server was exceptionally attentive and so nice. Lamar, you’re the best! We sat outside with a nice breeze so the ambiance was perfect. Dinner included filet mignon, glazed carrots and wedge salad. Triple yum. As we completed the meal, a dessert was our topper. We ordered blackberry cobbler and coffees. This was by far not only our best meal on our trip so far but definitely the best service. Thank you Lamar! You rock! We definitely will be back and would highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for top quality food with top quality staff.

Amazing meal! We had the filet which was prepared to perfection. Also the tiger prawns were outstanding. The atmosphere was pleasant and appealing. We were seated at a window and had an excellent view and also felt private with the glass enclosure. Absolutely recommend!

We are a British couple who visited DC for the first time with our American friends Eddie and Sybil.
We wanted to have a top drawer dinner and we chose Charlie Palmer Steak. We were delighted with our visit, food, service and company was top notch. My ribeye was among te best and biggest I've had!
We were spoilt by the host too when he took us upstairs for a breathtaking view of the House if Representatives and kindly took a photo of the 4 of us.
Highly recommend when in DC. Memorable.
