Great sweet spot to seat in or outside. The venue was well lit and I love the trendy branded color. A very nice setup of both seating areas. The attendant was nice and provided timely service. The danish and chocolate chip cookie were fresh, soft, and tasty.

Today I got my last coffee at Au Bon Pain on my way to work when I was informed this cafe location will be closing. I am so sad to hear they are closing. This was always my go to coffee spot and the staff at this location were extremely friendly and always made my coffee so quick, even knowing my order by heart. I hope their staff sees this and know I am thankful for their excellent service and friendliness. I wish them all the best

Wonderful spot for breakfast. Confusing layout though. I thought they were handing me my food to dine and dash because I couldn't see the spot to checkout; the worker there looked like a customer hanging out. But I loved the food.

I placed a catering order on Friday, February 9th at noon in the amount of $711.27. The order was to be delivered on Monday, February 12th at 7:30am. I received a confirmation email on Friday. When I arrived into work on Monday at 7:20am, Au Bon Pain had sent me an email on Saturday stating my order had been cancelled and I had not been charged. They advised I call the store for more information but, no one has answered the phone since I started calling on Monday. Luckily for us, Panera Bread, Tatte, and Dunkin Donuts were local and able to accommodate our 160 employees on such short notice. However, this was a huge inconvenience and mishandled so greatly that we are no longer considering doing business with Au Bon Pain at any point.

This place is dirty, they have mice roaming in the back kitchens and constantly have bugs/roaches out in the dining room. They were also very rude about it when bringing it, take your money elsewhere with better customer service and no sanitation concerns.
