The food at Astoria was exceptional! Great food, served beautifully with warm service. You can’t ask for more. The cocktails were on point. Tried the “Yellow Submarine” and “Coconut Foam Mojito”. The Lamb Soup is a must. I don’t know where to begin or end. I can’t wait to go back. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation because I don’t think this place will disappoint. The flavor is there. The presentation is there. This is how you play Restaurant.

Everything was extremely delicious. Noodles were super fresh and chewy. All the meats were cooked perfectly and so tender. First time having lamb in Chinese cuisine and it did not disappoint. Interior of the restaurant was very cool. Really want to come back to try more items.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Big flavor. Perfect cocktails. Very cool space that’s not pretentious. Joe behind the bar had great recommendations while orchestrating a very busy night. Thank you!!!

Loved the food hear. We are vegetarians and there are plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians. The food is fantastic, the place is a bit narrow but it’s cozy and has a speakeasy vibe. Wasn’t a big fan of the drinks. The pricing is also a little bit on the higher side and the portions are tiny. Must try are the tiny noodles which comes with crispy chickpeas and collard greens and tastes fantastic. 2nd potato strips stir fry, never had anything like it before and it is absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back.

The wife and I found Astoria DC while looking for late night eats near our hotel. We showed up without reservations and after a 30 minute wait, we were given standing room at the bar. The vibe was great, the drinks were delicious, and the bartenders were awesome, so even though standing while eating wasn’t our ideal, we rolled with it. The food was excellent - you can’t go wrong with the beef noodles (unless you’re veg./vegan), and the basil eggplant was next level (there ya go, veg./vegans). The Gong Bao chicken was also super tasty. After a tiny miscommunication about who was next for a table, we were seated and finished our wonderful dinner and drinks while an absolutely dope playlist full of bops and bangers (something for the kids…) entertained us. Astoria DC was a great experience. Check them out.
