Stop by today to celebrate 🥳 my daughter’s 30th birthday (which fell on Father’s Day this yr). We went to the one in DuPont Circle and the Atmosphere definitely gave Mexican vibes with the decor & music. Not crowded at the time we arrived. The server didn’t understand English to well, So he got our drink orders wrong…But they were quick to recover and gave us 2 Free Shot rounds. But the food was definitely on point…I had the Shrimp Taco Salad 😋. And everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal as well. I heard the one on U St NW was better, So maybe I’ll check out that one.

The beef enchiladas were tender and savory, while the chicken enchiladas were succulent and well-seasoned. The authenticity of the Mexican flavors was evident in every bite. Came on a Friday night and I can say this location is the best one I’ve been to so far. The Dominican manager is the best! I requested to change my drink mid-meal and he was so accommodating. Definitely recommend this location, food, vibes, and service is 10/10!

The food was delicious and fresh. We loved the bright and colorful atmosphere. Our server was very attentive and kind. The restrooms were some of the cleanest I have ever seen in a restaurant. It was a little more expensive than I expected but not out of line with other restaurants in D.C.

We went to Alero on a Friday night with no reservation and were able to get seated immediately! The service was incredibly fast - we had chips and salsa immediately after sitting down and our food arrived minutes after ordering. The chicken and steak tacos were amazing!! The fajitas were fresh and great as well.
