I randomly found this place while looking for something my friend could eat. She was very excited that it was plant based and kosher. I didn't know what to expect but I gave it a try. Nothing on the menu had meat but they had fake meat. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich and I was blown away! It was ridiculously delicious! I'm a meat eater and this tasted legit. I also order the onion rings on the side and those things were enormous, crunchy, and packed with flavor in each bite. I would absolutely go back if I'm in the Dupont area. Just FYI, the food was a bit pricey but that doesn't ever impact my reviews.

Very unique takes on simple staples. They make their own patties as well as impossible. Cute small place up stairs, great service, self serve or app ordering but the food runner was a sweetheart and very helpful. My partner was able to find tons of gluten free options as well. This place was great!

Great local place for a Vegan meal. I got one of their Burgers (impossible patties)!with "bacon", pickles, lettuce, and their house made sauces as well as salt and pepper fries and it was all delicious. My only critique (if you could call it that) was that they should have a small fry option. The amount of fries in the order was substantial! And way too much for one person, but they'd be perfect for sharing.

Bubbie's is where it's at for a delicious sloppy plant based burger. The PBJ chicken sandwich is so money it takes many napkins to enjoy. By far the best onion rings ever. Do not miss out

Edited to add: my most recent visit was much quicker and smoother. Still great food and friendly service. Despite ordering ahead online, I waited more than 20 minutes past the stated time for my food to be ready. It appears that they were making one order at a time, but I do not know if it was a short-staffed night or whether this is generally an issue. Everything else was wonderful. Food was well made and delicious, avocado fries were simply battered and fried avocado which was brilliant. Vegan chicken sandwich was a very generous portion and delicious. And although it did not make up for the delay, the gentleman offered me a complimentary beverage when my food was finally ready, because of the wait, without me saying anything.
Assuming that they improve the accuracy of pickup times, I will definitely return.
