This place has gone completely down hill and not even edible. The management and staff are extremely disrespectful and chaotic. I waited for a sandwich to be made, opened it to eat immediately and the bread was literally wet. I asked for them to remake the sandwich that wasn’t even edible. They were completely rude. I never wanted a refund. I just wanted a proper sandwich that I ordered. They don’t even make there chips from scratch anymore. This place used to be one of my favorites and now is not even edible.

Delicious tasty sandwiches. A bit pricey, but good quality. Definitely recommend. Rich boy: reminds me of a shrimp po boy. Juicy crunchy shrimp with a punch of flavor Porchetta: reminds me of dinics roast pork sandwich in Philly with the broccoli rabe

I decided to pay this place a visit based on the reviews and was so disappointed. The biggest disappointment was the roll. It was super soft and soggy. I asked for light onions and was told that light onions is subjective so they couldn't do it. Either you get onions or not. I also asked for extra tomato which I guess "extra" isn't subjective. The tomatoes are Roma if that means anything to anyone, they aren't the best for sandwiches. Asked for lettuce and got arugula. I'm all for trendy greens but not on my cheesesteak. Last but certainly not least, the young woman in the little order window was rude, very short, and not helpful. All in all not worth the price. We paid ove 50 bucks for soggy slop. I do not recommend this place.

I used to love this place and gave it 5/5 despite the woman who works there being nasty because the sandwiches were so good. Recently, they changed the sizing so that it’s only one size and they are more expensive. They also downgraded the sandwich rolls which used to be sooooo yummy and amazing quality. The last 2 times I went there the bread was a different roll than it used to be and it fell apart and got super soggy. The roll was as also weirdly a bit sweet. They should really switch back to the bread they used to use, be kinder to their customers, and not charge such a crazy amount for a sandwich.

Over Rated! 20 bucks for a below average sandwich. Hebrew Hammer was basically a pile of coleslaw between two pieces of bread. Refused to swap provolone for Swiss cheese because that’s the way the owner likes it. I guess the customer is not always first. I’ll never go back there.
